2. Analysis of Redish HW designed to address hidden curriculum: Take a look at the U Maryland Homework10b on magnetism. Analyze 2 probloems from this homework set for how it addressses the hidden curriculum (hint: use the categories described in the CLASS papers).
(optional ... look at a coupled HW set: set10a)
3. Read Lemke's paper on
Thurs 10/26: SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER -- Jay Lemke
a) visit Jay's website and find out why he would be speaking with us
b) read at least one of the following:
- Situated Learning and Timescales of learning
- A proposal for an environment that would achieve the above goals using technology.
c) come up with some questions for him
