Changed problem to finite size, discovered this makes only minor modifications

Discussed what happens if switch x <-> y, or e.g. y <-> l-y

Discussed how to deal with problem of arbitrary boundary conditions all the way around the square

Introduced problem of diffusion equation (Boas 13.3)
