Written Homeworks

Solutions are posted on D2L
Every 2 weeks we will provide an extra problem (linked below) which you write up and turn in to the wooden box at the entrance to the help room. (find your TA's slot - put it in the right slot!!)
We are interested in your solutions, not just "the answer". This is an opportunity for you to practice presenting how you solved a problem.
They will be pretty substantial problems - budget time for this!
- Written HW 1: For one time only, due to the Holiday the written homework is due Monday Sept 10th at 2pm in the same place.
- Written HW 2: Due Friday September 21 at 2pm.
- Written HW 3: Due Friday October 5th at 2pm.
- Written HW 4: Due Friday October 19th at 2pm.
- Written HW 5: Due Friday November 2nd at 2pm.
- Written HW 6 : Due Friday November 16th at 2pm. NOTE an early version had a small piece ofnecessary information missing. In part d) : the power consumption of the US is 4000 TW*hours/year
- Written HW 7 : Due Friday Dec 7th at 2pm. Last one. Good luck.
