This week - Monday= Holiday, then new operators. (Spin in general direction, and "projection".)
The 5th postulate, what happens when you make a measurement? We're working through Ch 2.

  • Physics dep't is offering an undergraduate research opportunties informational meeting Tues Sep 6 @5:30 in G1B20
  • Physics dep't is offering a meeting on "Equity, Inclusion, and Cookies" Wed Sep 7 @5 in G1B20 (which conflicts with our Wed office hour so I can't come... but, you can be there for part of it if you want!)
  • First undergrad Women in Physics meeting is in the Reading Room this Friday (Sep 9) from 12:00-1:30pm
